I had acquired this ammo from an Estate sale. The WRA 66 are 30/06 ammo and the WRA 63 are 30/06 blanks. I was wondering who makes this ammo and if any of this ammo is corrosive. Also if the blanks would be safe to fire in my Garand. Thanks in advance. Here are some pictures:

Both should be non-corrosive primed. (typo corrected)

Are you sure these are 30/06? The photo shows the NATO cross headstamp. I have never seen 30/06 with the NATO cross... just 7.62, 5.56 and 9mm.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I haven't either,.30-06 was never a Nato round.I'd guess those are 7.62x51 rounds.

Definitely 7.62x51 NATO. The blank is the kind we used prior to the crimped end rounds. They should have a red plug in the end. You should not fire the blanks in your .30-06 M1. Maybe you can trade them with someone who has a 7.62 or .308 M1.

WRA is Winchester Repeating Arms Company. This is probably from an overrun of WCC ammo (Western Cartridge Company). In 1966, WRA and WCC were still owned by Winchester.

Thanks guys for your feedback, you know what, I actually never compared them to my HXP 30/06 I recently just purchased. You all may be right. I will have to do that first thing in the morning to make sure. Thanks again!!!
