I think it has been a while since the store put out any National Match rifles. Need to keep an eye out for a good one.

The field grade with IHC stock had IHC trigger group op rod and a gas cylinder.. there was a nice S.A. field grade 1.8 million with a barely readable S.A. GAW and ordnance wheel, and the small ordnance wheel on the pistol grip... a few RIA stamp stocks... I picked out some slings.. Rob that NM didn't have the NM sights on it.

Are the WRA rifles only available through the store or can you try and request one when you order?

Cheers,

Scott

Wish they would but them on the estore like they did before, luck of the draw. I got several nice ones that way. Had rubber bands on them and had to pay shipping.

The good old days.

Think we had a vol at the CMP back then and his job was to roll them up and put the bands on them. Might have been him and a son. Not same guy that did the vol in. So much for that program of vols long gone because of someone overstepping their priviledge.

Is the 7 million SA in the morning report an SA, Inc. or was that a typo?

Kansas Poster, I was the volunteer and I did have my younger son with me for a couple of days of "fun" with slings and rubber bands. It was not what I was hoping for when we volunteered, but it wasn't torture either. I would do it again in a heartbeat. The funny thing is that I don't think I bought any for myself and ended up buying some from Rob30-06 (I think) that he was kind enough to select for me. Hugh

Tom , I have been reading your posts for a long time and very much appreciated the chance to meet you this weekend. I Greatly appreciated your assistance in looking thru the IHC rifles, and really like the IHC with LMR I finally selected. Now all I need to do is swap my SA trigger group for an IHC trigger group.
I really appreciated the chance to meet and talk with you, ad thanks so much for the continuing reports and helping us new' guys out.

I was one of the first 6 customers into the store. It was nice meeting you Tom! Thanks for your advice! It was my first visit to the South store, also went to the new range site. pretty impressive! Came back with a decent HRA rack grade, was hoping for an HRA service grade however!

Tom,
Eric here! I'm the new guy that picked up the 2 Winchesters! I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your help Saturday. It's easy to see that you have a true passion for the M1 Rifle, and also for helping others in that endeavor. I'm indeed very happy with the 2 M1's you helped me choose, and I hope I can have a chance to see you again on my next trip. Thanks for your informative reports! Keep up the good work!
