Having resized 3006 to 7.7 Japanese, I find the results far easier and cases last longer if I anneal the necks before I do this case forming from 3006 to 7.7 Japanese.

You simply must have a brass and ammo management procedure to preclude your reformed 3006 to 7.7 Japanese cases once loaded, getting mixed into your 3006 ammo supply. The same separation and marking of 7.7 / .303 bullets ..kept well away from your 7.62/.308 bullets.

Have a system, have procedures in place. Nothing to fear here...just organize and take special care.
