Default North Store Report Jul 9, 11, and 12

There were two 1903s sitting in the racks each morning (Tues, Thurs, Friday). All the 1903s I saw looked like they were in very good condition!
The rumor is there will be two 1903s placed in the racks each day during the NM until the supply is exhausted. If you are going to try for a 1903, I recommend you be there when the store opens.
The Garand inventory was basically the same as reported in recent posts. Perhaps it will improve when the rifle matches begin.

There were about a dozen Daisy pellet rifles in the racks, a box of slings, a box of bayonets, a few plastic oiler kits, and some peep sights. The bayonets look like they are Greek returns and I believe they all are the short blade version. The sights look like they are for rimfire rifles or pellet guns. These are NOT the sights which came with the Kimber 82s.

I was lucky enough to snag a Springfield Mark 1 with a SA 12/19 barrel, Mark 1 stock and MK 1 cut off switch. The barrel is bright, MW is 1, and TE is 2. When I brought the rifle to the counter, Bob commented on the rifleís great condition and was kind enough to examine it and explain the difference between Mark 1ís and the standard 1903s.
A big thank you to Bob for all his help!
