Default Friday closing report

Inventory in store remains strong with 65 rifles remaining of the 75 at opening.

Signs have been clearly posted throughout the store showing limits and types of rifles that may be purchased yearly. Same as reported on Thursday opening report.

IHC SG 8, FG 6, most USGI wood.

WRA SG 12, most USGI wood.

API ammo no longer available for sale.

Store should be restocked before opening and my guess is that it will be IHC FGís.

Good luck on your searches.

Default Saturday opening report

There were 7 customers at opening and the racks were full.

IHC SG 10, FG 8, most with LMR barrels, one DAS stamped stock.

WRA SG 13, about a 50/50 mix of USGI and CMP wood, no cartouches.

1/2 box slings and M1 display box.

Good luck on your searches.

I sure wish they'd stock some of the more affordable SA SGs/FGs. Not complaining, just stating a fact: by the time I figure in travel expenses, I'd be shelling out a skosh less than $1200 for a WRA SG. Yes, I know I could mail order an SA/HRA, but my luck has not been good for mail orders over the past 8 years.

Not Tom, but I believe it's a box displaying M1 bayonets, based on my visit there last November.

This isnít for sure but I have heard that they are working on SA SG/FG and HRAís in armory, just a rumor at this point but I believe itís a good rumor!!!

TENNBOY is correct about the box. Itís just a wooden ammo shipping box that they cut slots into the top to hold bayonets in place for sale. Holds about 25...

I too was hoping they would have a few SG SA’s and HRA’s out. But no luck. I did leave with a SG IHC and saw one other SG WRA leave. Also looked but no FG WRA’s as I bought a SG over the summer. Tom I had hoped to talk with you but you were in and out in no time flat. Again thank you for what you do and I guess when I get home I’ll fill out paperwork to mail order a few SG rifles.

Sorry I missed you this morning but I wanted to make a quick stop at store, do quick post and then off to Birmingham Collector Gun Show. Next time you visit please introduce yourself, always enjoy meeting folks in the store.
