Default 30shtur, IMO Bad News

I gave this person a negative review close to a year ago. I ordered some stuff, and one part was missing from the pkg, and a second part was bent. I was told to return ALL the parts I had, for a full refund. I was shorted seven bucks, for shipping(a stamp and an envelope). I'm the one who paid the shipping to return his junk, NOT HIM! Today, 8 months later, he shoots me a negative i-trade notice. Can someone here decipher it for me?


the one item he really wanted "was missing"

and this: "He refused insurance, then said the one item he really wanted was missing. I refunded his money minus the shipping, plus I no longer have the item he claims "was missing"

I just looked, and I'm the one who doesn't have the part he claims he shipped. So there!

I saved all my PMs' regarding this transaction.

30shtur still owes me 5 bucks. I looked in my wallet, and I'm 5 bucks short---which indicates he didn't pay me, using his type of logic.

What I really don't understand here, is why this person decided to make an issue of this transaction, April 13, 2012? The total amount involved was about $30 bucks, and he's been silent for about 8 months. I'm concerned my five dollars are in limbo somewhere.
