Cool AVS Error: No match on address or Z

Do I need to be worried about the estore showing, " AVS Error: No match on address or Z?" Or, will I get a phone call or email to clear it up?

I have gotten that message when I use my business credit card that does not match my e-store billing address. Never received a phone call. Always received my order. I hope that helps.

Eli,
You don't need to worry, as mentioned by Orest previously...

AVS is the Address Verification System employed by merchants and/or banks to verify the address provided on an order matches the address on file with your bank/card company.
The error can come from something simply as your bank not supporting the version of AVS employed by CMP's system.
Every order I've ever submitted to CMP shows that on my e-store dashboard and I've never had a problem, even though I know for a fact my addresses matched.

As also stated in that thread, if there is a real problem with your card not working or declining, one of the CMP CS reps will certainly call you.

Thanks! I saw Orest's previous response, but I wasn't sure i things had changed in the five and a half years since it was posted. I'm glad some things stay the same!
