Default Gas Cylinder screw question

I know this was discussed last week, but I am confused about the punch mark on the face of this screw (at 6 o'clock). It looks like a Win punch mark. Is this for a Win13?
Thanks,

It's just a typical poppet type gas plug made by Elastic Stop Nut Corp, Union NJ with a small hex and "punch mark" in the typical positions. The punch marks are irrelevant as far as Winchester origin are concerned. In your case the "punch mark" just happens to be at the bottom rather than the top. No doubt a Monday morning at the Elastic Stop Nut Corp factory.
