Default New Member here from PA

I finally decided to join after lurking as a guest. I currently own a M-1 Garand
Springfield 1.46 mil 3/43 with a 10/43 Barrel. I own several other rifles but love my Garand the best. And will probably pick up another one when the Greeks come in. Oh and some ammo as my stash is getting quite small.

Welcome to the forum. We all can use another Garand. Ammo quantity matters.

Yep welcome from PA! I am in south central PA near the MD border by about 30 miles. Where ya at? I made a trip to NS a few weeks ago and picked up 2 service grade carbines ~ Winchester 1301XXX and an IBM 37368XXX to go with my M1 Springfield 2091XXX.

I'm in lower Bucks. I'd love to make it out to the N. Store one day but I map quested it and it was a 8+ hr drive. Oh well maybe I can convince the wife into taking a vacation to Erie.

I take the PA turnpike all the way. Easy; straight drive to Port Clinton. Then I overnight, shop, and head home.

That's exactly how I go Bob. I live a few miles from the Bedford exit. About 311.5 miles from my driveway the CMP parking lot. Took 5 hours o get there during my trip a few weeks ago. Weather wasn't the greatest but I had to have a carbine (or two).

Weather is why I'm waiting until April.
HOPEFULLY; won't have to worry about it then.
Just gas prices!
