To answer your original question, I think you might be able to get $30 for them assuming the blade is in good condition. A few years back Smokey Mtn Knives sold M4s with replacement handles for $20 (I think) without the scabbards.

Are your scabbards M8s or M8A1s?

Are those the good or bad ones? If the leather is still present, just cracked and damaged, then I would think $30 is a sure thing.

Some recent auctions show a number of bids around $100 but not reaching the undisclosed Reserve. The market will always set the price but $30.00 should not be a problem. Your problem will be the size of the market. Is there enough buyers...even at $30.00?

Let me know when you put the bayonets up for sale. I am interested in one with a decent grip, either leather or plastic with scabbard.
