Default CMP and a definition.

Since I am fairly new here, I have to ask this - I see that a certain Garand has the CMP COA. What does the "COA" stand for. Thanks!

Coa= Certificate of authenticity.

The general term in the collecting world is "cmp papers" but I suppose it is a COA
