As discussed elsewhere in the forum BA4 is an Anniston Army Depot Rebuild.
And for the earlier Crane comment. While it is NSWC- Crane, in Navy circles the "Shorthand' name is still "Crane". Just like most of the other standalone Naval Warfare centers are called by their locations; Carderock, China lake, Dahlgren...
