I bought this 1945 marked Boyt holster that was missing the flap stud, and the tie down strap so I just wanted to show the repair.I found a 10mm stud with the screw in back, sold by Tandy leather.I inserted the base in the inside base pocket, gorilla glued it and screwed the stud in the other side with nail polish on the threads to lock it on.The stud is not a perfect match, but it works for it's intended purpose. The leather braid was also found online,I think it was $8 shipped for 48 inches?

Well done. I did a very similar repair using the original stud on a USGI revolver holster. Much better option that having an unserviceable holster.
