I was hoping the seller had some other similar gems, but he only had a jewelry box disguised as a duck decoy. Oh well!

That was my thought as well. It almost looked like a newer Boyd's stock to me - it was so clean and new.

What a bummer that Rick B said it was legit. I need an SA/GHS stock but man, that price was way out of my range, especially just before Christmas.

I too need a GHS stock. Been looking for a few years Really hard, not only to find one, but to find one that matches the rest of your rifle as to wear. Also hard for me to pay more for the stock than I did for the rifle which with the exception of the stock was substantially correct. Rifle now has a E.McF stock and looks like it will be wearing that stock as long as I own the rifle.
