Default South Store Report 01/16/2020

There were 8 customers at opening and the racks were full. Almost all SG rifles have CMP stocks, FG USGI stocks. Saw one SA cartouche and a DAS.

Armors today are Bobby, Steve and Ben..

Slings have been restocked with some very nice 43/44 slings, 35.00 each.

CORRECTION: SA Correct grade, 5. Last week I reported that the correct grade in the store had been reparked, I was incorrect!!! There were five this morning and ALL appeared to be reparked... I saw Mike Long and asks for his opinion. He felt that the finish looked to be reparked but that was because it had set in storage for an extended period. To be sure he took one to the back and applied a little oil and used a soft brush to the finish and like magic it had a beautiful original finish. There are FIVE really nice original correct grades in the store, 1944’s....

SA SG 1/ FG 8

HRA FG 1

IHC SG 6/ FG 6

WRA SG 10/ FG 9.

CMP Specials/FG/RG, 20.

1903, 12, 7 SA/2 RI/ 3 Rem.

M1917, 12, 9 Eddystone/ 3 Remingtons.

SA M1C SG 2/ FG 1

M1D WRA RG, 1.

SA 6 million, 2

Daisy air rifles, 6.

Very good supply of metal ammo cans in stock.

Miscellaneous items, most WWII dated, E tools, pick ax, canvas first aid pouches, canteen cups and rifle cleaning rods/kits.

Good luck on your searches.

Thanks once again for the excellent report. Any idea of the cost of the "Miscellaneous items"?

How do you get in touch with the staff at the south store? I’ve called several times. No one answers the phone or returns calls.

I have my best luck by calling customer service, other than that good luck......

There was no restock today. The inventory for tomorrow will be about what it was this morning. There were 4 M1ís, 2 1903ís and 2 1917ís sold today, was slow today.

Iím updating the CMP price list that Ronwall posted for me last week so I would recommend you check his price post later today for current prices.

Good luck on your searches.

I've had better luck with my questions being promptly answered through an email to customer service vs. any other method.

Default Friday opening report

There were 8 customers at opening and the racks were full, plus an extra rack was added for Correct grade, M1C SG and M1D, these arenít new inventory, just relocated from main racks. Since updating the store racks arenít fixed in place anymore but are moveable and rolled into the store daily from the secured storage which allows for more or less racks as needed. Seems to be working very well.

USGI/CMP stocks are about 50/50.... very few cartouches...

Armors today are Bobby, Steve and Ben.

SA SG 2/ FG 7. One very nice five digit.

HRA FG 1

IHC SG 10/ FG 9

WRA SG 11/ FG 9. One with a nice SA GAW stock cartouche.

Specials/FG/RG 21

SA M1C 2.

WRA M1D 1.

SA Correct grade, 5/ all 1945 dated in the 3xxxxxx serial number range...

SA 6 million, 4.

1903, 12.

1917, 12.

Good luck on your searches.

Dang!, only 10 of the 49 M1 non-special FG/SGs are under $935 out-the-door. 10 of 53 if you toss in the 6 mils.
