    Win-13

    What makes a garand a Win-13? in other words is any Winchester garand with ser#1601150-1640xxx automaticly a win-13??

    The drawing number on the receiver, as well as the serial number.

        Needs both. If the serial number is between 1601000 and 1640000 and it does not have the WIN-13 drawing number it is a cut and welded receiver.
