The prices are *MORE* than fair. A run of the mill Rem-Rand starts at about $1,200, and they often sell for well over $2K!

If they don't like the prices they can always get one from Cabela's Gun Library, and no waiting or luck of the draw.

In fairness that Rem Rand NM may not be that bad of a price, if it is indeed a GI rework into the NM config.

Default American Rifleman Article

Great article, thanks CMP for all you do to support our shooting hobbies! Did anyone notice in the article there is a picture of an Ithaca 1911 in front of an Army crate of pistols, the first serial number on the crate is 1911367! How cool would it be to get that pistol from the CMP!
