Default Disappearing threads???

Hi Ghost, hope you can help with this.

A couple of threads disappeared since early morning - Mon / 4 /25.

One thread questioned -" What are these magazines for?"

Another was a discussion re: resurrecting a carbine for use as bear protection during a trek in Michigan.

I posted #5 or #6 in the carbine / bear protection discussion around 03:15 hrs. Mon 4 / 25.

Can't locate discussion and posts do not appear in my post history.

If you could locate / restore, or comment on what may have happened to them I'm sure more than just I would be grateful.

Regards and Appreciation -- Al

GiTM,
Coincidentally I've noted the same thing today...a sale for an "excellent CORRECT HRA Garand" on the "parts for Sale" sub-forum is gonzo...I sent a reply requesting pics...the original and my reply were the only posts in the thread...gonzo.

That post disapeared because the seller did not meet any of the new requirements to sell. 6 posts, zero feedback, no name, no state, not a "CMP Customer."

Threads can be undeleted once the requirements are met.

Whats with the handguns and holster threads being posted in the M1 Garand FS Section? Have been there for a few days.

New Posting requirements?? I must have missed that and can't seem to find the announcement. A poke in the right direction greatly appreciated.
Thx.

Default Are posts delayed?

I just posted to this forum asking how to fix my profile so I can post on the WTS board, but that post didn't show up. A post on the test forum did though. Are posts here delayed until answered or did it just not go through?

Thanks, Brett

Quick question, I have had a post deleted recently deleted. I have made multiple CMP purchases from both the NS and the e-store. How does one become a "CMP Customer" on the forum. I have been an actual customer of the CMP for over a year now.
Thanks,
Pete
