Default Do you think the CMP will ever sell AR-15 rifles?

I figure the AR-15 (or M-16) is almost due to be replaced , so do you think the CMP will ever sell any AR-15 rifles?

Thanks,

louielouie

You are asking the wrong person. I work the forum, website, auction, retrograde and south competitions...and the occasional customer service.

I would take a guess at parts kits ( minus the prohibited parts ) ........ but with that said I would take a couple of uppers right now if they had them. Lowers are everywhere now.

AR sales would be politically incorrect at this time. Maybe under a different administration it could happen. The ATFs would have to rescind the "once a machine gun, always a machine gun" ruling, too.
