Ordered: RM1SERVICE (Stickied for USGI wood and/or WWII dated receiver)
Sent: 5/7/18
Delivered: 5/11/18
DBU: 7/17/18
E-store: 7/20/18
Card Charged: 7/24/18
Ship Date:

Comment on E-Store says PreA and the last 4 of my card number. I assume that means pre-authorization, but there are no pending charges on my card yet. Ship date is listed as ASAP.

EDIT: Card was charged this morning, and it shipped this afternoon. 2.9 million serial puts it in June 1944. Maybe my sticky worked, or maybe I just got lucky.

Question: Does it show up under ďOrder StatusĒ in the e-store? I check it every day (sometimes twice a day) all it ever says is no orders pending. Also, what is DBU? This is like being a kid waiting for Christmas to get here! Been almost two months, I gotta be getting close.
Received my service grade M1 today. Itís a beautiful old rifle. Springfield receiver and barrel (#ís donít match). Bore is bright w/no pitting. Donít know what manufacturer the bolt is, not Springfield. Iíll research it. Almost zero pitting on receiver. Gas tube is a little shiny with minor pitting. New CMP stock (CMP cartouche), so Iíll need to rub it down with tongue oil. Kinda hoping for original stock, but itís real nice anyway. 5.2 mil. serial #, which puts it in the 1950ís. Iím sure thereís more, but Iím too excited right now. Been waiting almost three months for this.

Ordered: RM1DR M1D rack grade
Sent: 7/13
E-store: 7/19
CC hit: 7/19
Shipped: 7/20
Rifle received: 7/23

8/44 receiver with 1/52 barrel. I'm very happy with the rifle, it looks and shoots a lot better than I expected from a rack grade!

#5685648 which should make it an HRA. Received a very nice shooter. ME 1 TE 2, Park looks great, SA 2-55 barrel. Looks like the crown has been redone.

Default Received 7-30-18

I'll try to post pics, but haven't been here in a while....
Received 2 Service Grades today. Long wait... Sent paperwork in April or May. I didn't write it down!
Yellow sticky for WWII serials and/or GI wood if available.
Not a nice new walnut stock, but P proofed USGI wood, with CHARACTER!
Dinged and gouged and dented. One 50's era walnut with DAS. One I believe to be WWII Winchester by shape. Rough with no WWII cartouches... Original P proof behind trigger guard very faint. BA rebuild marks.
1943 and 1945 receivers. Possibly original barrrel on the 1943, dated 9-43, I'll have to check. Lockbar sights on the 1943!!!
The 1945 has a 6-65 barrel with a RRAD 10-65 receiver leg marking.
