Default ID short swords?

I've had these two short swords for a long time. Can anyone ID from where they came and the period in which they were used?

Steven,

They look like 1800s, possible civil war era model 1832 artillery foot swords. No fuller though. I had a friend in Deland, retired Marine, that owned Love's pawn and gun, that could have helped you out. I am sure he is dead now, but his son was pretty heavy into old weapons. See if they are still around.

What is he manufactureres name? Can you see rivet dimples in the grip?

One word on the blade looks like INGRITIAT The rest, I can only make out a few letters. There appears to be a symbol that contains a star, among other things.
I was in loves quite a few times. New people now. I cannot make out any rivet dimples
Best,
Steven

I think US Artillery swords copied from earlier French. Maybe?

Dean, I have pretty much determined that they are French. Thank you.
