Default NRA load data

I've seen load data from the NRA for the M1, It listed powder and charge weight. for the life of me I cant find it anywhere now. does someone have a copy of this they can post?

Good article jarheadteacher, the one i was looking for had a big list of powders of the correct burn rate though,

In my 03A3 and M1 rifles, the 1986 NRA article lists loads for the Garand, but I found that these loads were near max, as I was getting flattened primers and some cratering with HXP brass. I would consider backing down these loads and working up in small increments until you find the "sweet" spot that your rifle likes.

Hornady's 7th Edition of their reloading manual lists a number of powders and loads for the Garand. I would get a copy of it.
