Default M16 Intro Leg Match Questions

So the SAFS intro leg match.............
What type of sling do they issue now?
You get their rifle and ammunition, but what about the sling?
Is it the cotton M1 or a leather sling?

What did they use in 2013?

Thanks!

I shot the SAFS-Rifle last summer at Perry. The sling on the NM AR-15 at my point had a nylon web sling, color black. I did not see any leather slings on any SAFS Rifles, at all.

Black nylon GI web sling is what they used, very very simple and very very basic.
