1. Tell her you had them before you were married, and forgot about them.
2.Do you have a brother/ shooting friend ? They were at his house for a long time, and he does not shoot anymore, so he gave them back to you.
3. Your cleaning/ inspecting/ siting in for a friend, and going to drop them off, when your finished. Might take a year.
4. A guy at the range was selling very cheap, and you got a hella of deal.
5. You bought it for her, cause its a gun the other guys wives shoot also, and they love it.

Congratulations, that is good to hear you are a lucky man. You have been married longer than I have been alive, and I am 60. That is what I call success.

Five may work but I may have to refinish a racker in pink.

I have no idea what everyone else's wife is doing but mine is playing Michael Jackson music as she puts together a Michael Jackson custom to wear to work tomorrow. So far we have a white glove, an arm band, a suite, and a monkey. This isn't gone to end well.

I will try and get some tomorrow. She normally dose real good at costume design. So far the best was when she put on a Faux Channel Suit, a pill box hat, heels, then attached birds to the suit with rips and fake blood. Remember the scene from the Birds. One year I went to Mardi Gras as a computer winnie, but you really don't want to know what that involved.
