My wife and I both sent in packets. We have enough patience to wait for CMP1911 to sort through what has to be a grand mess. Thanks for all the efforts and patience from the CMP1911 staff, especially cmp1911admin. Your humor has been appreciated.

Now hurry up... Were waiting for our numbers!

Service dates February 1943 to October 31, 1945, Combat action: Roi-Namur, Saipan, Tinian and Iwo Jima. His rifle SA 893999 met "Captain Crunch".

Thanks!!! Based on 8,000 pistols per year that puts us in line for a pistol in about 23 and 26 years respectfully. As I said, we are patient and can wait.
