Default Order

I sent a order in to CMP for a couple Garands. Sent it off between the 15 and 20th of March. Any idea when they will get to the order. Are they being processed in date order received?

I saw a previous post where they claimed they are processing orders in the order they were received.

They are shipping again? I put in an order in Feb and a buddy was about to get his 1911 shipped just as covid closed cmp.

Yes to both questions.

They have countless orders (both mail in and e-store) as well as hundreds of emails to follow up and obviously will take some time. Same applies to the custom shop.
To get an idea of where they are on Garand and 1911 orders, I recommend following the New Order Timelines posted in the Garand and 1911 sections, similar to what Shomway posted.
If you have an order that is from February and haven't heard anything, you should contact Customer Service.

As one of the staff mentioned the other day, it is a learning curve for everyone. There will be more details to follow on when stores will open up and how everything will work with appointments, capacity, etc.
Beyond their own guidance, there is clearly guidance/requirements from other levels of government they have to consider moving forward, and it is always changing.

The CMP was closed 7 weeks due to Covid 19. We are 7 weeks plus behind on orders. We are also a thousand deep concerning back orders for Service Grades, hence the Service Grades being shown as "sold out". We are processing in date order. The stores will be open 4 June by appointment only. Park store by limited entrance by Park Management team.
