This link should let you know. Garand Club and Carbine Club are very recognized clubs for purchases.

Big Dave 54. If you are VFW member you are good to go. Just copy your membership card and send it in. I am a life member and I just sent in a copy of my card. It is all you need. Hope this helps.

DAV card would cover it all (citizenship, marksmanship, club membersip). If you are a member of your local VFW that card will also work for affiliated club membership.

The specials are sweet. I picked up one during the CMP National Matches at the NS. Except for the stock all parts were correct. For the price one of the best deals at the CMP.
