I ordered one, will post up upon receipt, I can take a chance on one based on the collective's intuition at that price. Thanks for the heads up guys.

I did as well. Thanks for the heads up.

It will be nice to shoot the 03 and leave the cover on. Though I typically do anyway with the original design.

While there are no markings, the hood I bought has wear along the edges to indicate it might be original. Or the repro job is very well done to represent an original.

This is a link to an old E-Bay image:Front Sight Hood Comparison. It best reflects how they compare, and the one from Numrich is on par with this.
They are much easier to get on if you take the sharp edge off the inside of the legs, apply some grease and use a C clamp or small vise to slowly push it on. That minimizes the sight band marring too.

I think these are going to be out of stock quickly at that price. I bet they double in price once Numrich sees the demand is high. Get em' now. I could have bought 7 of these for what I paid for three real ones. As a shooter repro or real makes no difference to me. Good deal while they last.

I ordered as well and will post a picture when it arrives.

I'll put the Numrich, Bentz and Sarco USMC sight hood in the picture if I can get the Sarco purchased USMC sight cover off the rifle barrel.

Huh? As of this writing, Numrich still shows them as available:
