Default A thank you letter to CMP Sales and Mark Johnson.

Your staff was very helpful today as I made a inquiry if they had received my order that was mailed the middle of last month. I had read here that they were behind in processing orders which I understand. But I started getting a bit uneasy as in the last two months my debit card was hacked (my CU's fraud prevention unit saved me by shutting off my card after the third transaction) and an Amazon order sent first class from New Jersey languished in the originating post office for almost two weeks until the sender filed a loss claim and it was suddenly found. Lousy track record in 60 days if I say so myself.

So I called today and explained to the lady that answered all of this. She told me she would call me back as soon as she checked into it. A couple of hours later she did with the affirmation that it was there.

I was just afraid that this order was lost or more scary intercepted somewhere along the way and the CC number was ripe for abuse. I feel much better that I know it is there.
