Default Got my first Garand today!

Made the trip up from the Columbus area, and while the drive is rather plain the end justified the means. Ended up getting a HRA SG, I was told by the gent behind the counter it was a good pic because if it had gi wood on it, it would considered a Correct grade. 1+ on the Muzzle and 2 on the throat. Heres the pics!

You got yourself a RARE gun...an HRA SG with an actual HRA bolt. I can't remember the last time I've seen one of those. Nice score!

That's nice!! Is the OP rod and trigger group HRA also I assume?

I've received 2 HRA SGs with HRA bolts. One I hand picked at the North Store last fall with a HRA UW-751 bolt and the other Magna picked from the SS with a HRA U bolt, along with other HRA parts that is.

That is really a very nice looking Garand. My HRA SG's stock was very tight - is yours?
