Are you expecting to pay what they used to cost? It seems like double is the norm now.

Good luck in your search. I'm saving all of my factory rounds while the panic continues. I am in the process of loading up a couple thousand conce fired 5.56 Lake City brass. Swaging is a pain and makes the process quite slow. Eh I've got all winter.

I just did a quick Google search and came up with several sources. Many places seem to have them in stock and I know I will be buying some more soon.

Cabela's has some hornady 55gr FMJ going for 13.99/100 (sale price). Backordered only 2-3 weeks. Might....very well be your best bet.

There is a discount code for $5 shipping somewhere too....

55 GR FMJ BT W/C

As far as cabela's back order wait times, don't count on them being accurate. I once had something on back order from them (can't remember what it was, IIRC it was ammo) and the expected delivery time kept being pushed back. After several months, they sent me an e-mail saying that they were cancelling my order as the stock never came in. Before they did that, the date of expected delivery was always weeks...

Unless they have them in stock, I'll believe it when I see it.
