It's bought. Rick verified the cartouches are good.

Waiting to hear on the internals. But everything I was told to look for was there and correct.

The internals look just about like the ones in my LL. I think it's a great rifle.

Looks like a great rifle.

The follower slide looks unmarked (typically 8 marked at this time). However there were early unmarked follower/slides used around this time. My 319K LL has an early unmarked one as well.

Very nice LL. Congrats

The follower most likely will be marked with an 8 in the middle. Can't see it in the pic under the grease.
So far, the earliest I've seen this follower is Sept. '41 (346XXX), the latest (Nov. '41 399xxx). The follower with the 8 marked on the end appears at least as early as Nov. '41(389xxx) with the overlap running into Dec. '41 if not later.
I agree the follower could possibly be unmarked, however, and be perfectly correct.

The bolt does appear to be the -2SA RE4D which is the most common in this serial number range. This bolt will have the second punch near the front as Army MSG mentioned.
The RE and REP heat lot bolts are the only ones I have seen with the extra punch at the front. The -2SA RE1 and the -12SA RE5B may have one or may have two punches. The -12SA RE6B has only one.

Great find. I would be thrilled to have that rifle. Everything looks good.

Looking forward to pics when you get her cleaned up.

Thank you sir for your assessment. Thank you all for your assistance.

I know little about these and was lucky enough to locate it in a LGS that I know the owner and I had the time to fully vet the piece.
