An early milled Hart FH will set you back around $300. A later stamped version is around $200. Prices will vary quite a bit, but these figures are for items in excellent condition.

Can you identify the milled from the stamped by the Hart stamping? Any other changes between the two?

The early version will have a shaft made from a bent piece of flat steel bar - it's quite hefty. The later version has a shaft made from a thinner piece of steel with a stamped rib down the middle. The difference is quite obvious when you see examples of each.
