Question 1911 Course of Fire

Hello! I have a question about the course of fire for the 1911.
I was in the Corps in the early 1970's and did a "FAM" fire with Ole' Slabsides. My Dad was a career Marine from 1950-1969 but has passed away since this thought came into my head....
I'd like to recreate the course of fire from that time frame and run it at our local range.
One problem.....I can't find hide nor hair of what it was back then! haha

I would imagine that there is someone here that knows what it was and I would be grateful if you would share it!

Thanks in advance.

IIRC The qualification course for the Marine Corps, at that time, was 40 rounds, all shot at 25 yards.
Ten rounds, slow fire.
Ten rounds, timed fire.
Ten rounds, rapid fire.
And finally ten rounds, where the target was faced for (I think) three or maybe five seconds, one shot fired each time it was faced, for a total of ten.
It seems to me, it was on a silhouette target and not the standard bullseye target, but I'm sure there are some guys on the forum who would remember.
