Thumbs up Elgen = Gods country

Truely just the finest area for mountians and farmers medow's in timber country, I wish i got to travel there more ED, How ever Bend is real nice as well!
In Umatilla all we have is Sagebrush, sand and a whole lot of heat in the summer and lots of cold days in the winter. I am lucky enough to live above the McNary Dam so its not to far for me to see some nice Columbia River.

And maby you can catch a cool breeze off the river in the summer when it's hot enough to melt the rubber off your tires. Good shooting.

Default North-Central Oregon - Hood River/The Dalles

Hi Everyone,

Just received a CMP Special M1 Garand so I can shoot something of my own in the CMP Clinics at The Dalles Rifle & Pistol Club. Have shot the club's Garands several times.

Hi Jeff,

The Dalles Rifle & Pistol Club's outdoor range is 100 yards with a lot of space beyond the target stands. The club's web site link is: http://thedallesrifleandpistolclub.com/
