Default ammo order question

I sent CMP an email requesting to cancel my ammo order. Today it moved in the e-store from Pending Orders to Order History. Yesterday the status of my order read "shipped" on the pending orders page. The top 'bracket' still reads that they have not charged my credit card
Can anyone explain this? Did they cancel my order?

edit: I received no response from customer service

Easiest way to know for sure is check on line or by phone if your CC has been charged. If so and you still don't want it, I would call CMP and wait until you talked to someone. They or you could then stop the shipment through fedex and they can credit your account.

I have never seen the top line about the card status change, even after the order ships. The business side of customer service is very slow responding compared to the technical side. I will however say there is a good chance they caught your e-mail and have yet to respond.
