Doubt it's the best, but regional BBQ Sonny's exit 188 Oxford, AL down the street from South Store.
Donuts, LaMars also down the street from SS.
Top of the River in Anniston, good seafood, catfish, steaks and sides.
CMP can clue you in.
Good shopping and eating
John

I think I was at Sonny's and it wasnt bad. I flew into Birmingham and ate at the Blue Moon. Ribs just fall off the bone. Sauce wasnt bad either. I prefer a sweet sauce. Also I like slaw and with mayo, but I tried it with vinegar and that wasnt bad either. I think Sonnys was the only place I had bbq in the Anniston/Oxford area. This was on oct 5(crazy day).

On my way to and from Anniston this summer I ate at Big Bob Gibson's in Decatur. I found it to be awesome!
