Default Is the James River / Bula M14 Legal for Modern Military Competition?

The weight limit is 10 lbs and the JR is listed as 10 pounds, so I'm worried it may be 10.something and be over. Don't know if that weight includes the mag thou, specifics aren't provided.

Been shooting mine for 2 years,at Camp Perry .They put it on the scale last year with no problem,no scale this year.

Great, thanks for confirming! I was at Perry too and I think the new system is that they randomly selected shooters to be audited for compliance. That's how it was for the Garand match at least.
