Default ARMSCORP Scope Mount

Happy Holidays, all!
I have an ARMSCORP scope mount for an M14 rifle that has been in the wrap since 2001-ish, from the dated, yellowed newsprint wrapping. It is unmarked, unused & has instructions.
I'm looking for any experiences and/or perspectives on this mount, good or bad. See images below:

Thanks for looking. ---Geoff

sent one to Afghanistan for a sgt that was supposed to be his unit's designated marksman since he was the only individual that had experience w/m14. they assigned him a rack grade Winchester m14 that would not group well due to worn out parts. a group of his stateside friends got a pkg together consisting of a commercial synthetic stock, nm trigger group, armscorp scope mount and nm gas cyl group. rifle now held good zero. parts were installed by unit armorer (old guy). shot for zeros out to 500m. result =3 confirmed kia's. mk4 scope supplied by govt. needed to clear customs to send pkg. parts returned after deployment and now reside in donors rifles.

I have one and it’s a excellent mount. Back around 1996 I paid around $225.00 for that mount direct from Armscorp in Baltimore
