I visited the marksmanship park this afternoon. It's a nice range. I didn't find anything that tickled my fancy. It looks like I will be able to get that 1917 in the morning. Maybe even find a rifle with lock bar sights. Whohoo!

I would really like to include the inventory at the TMP Store in my weekly South Store Report, BUT, after numerous request for information on inventory from the staff at the TMP it has been a complete dead end for me. No information provided and itís a 90 minute effort for me to go and get the information, so rarely will I know the inventory unless I just happen to be passing by on I-20!!! Unknown if they have 1903ís or M1917ís present currently...

Beyond the annual CMP M1 purchase limit, are there any other limits on what you can buy at the south store. Any issue buying both a 1917 and a M1 for instance? Thanks

None that I saw. Lots of specials with only a very few rifles in GI stocks.
