Pretty much a mix of parts but all are serviceable and have a nice finish on them.

I can work with this.

Now that's a nice looking rifle. After what you had to go through to get it you certainly deserve it.

When you did ship it back? Seems like a pretty quick turn around. Seems like they have wonderful customer service.

I shipped it back Monday the 25th, I let Customer Service know I was including a check and new order package to upgrade to a Service Grade.

It all worked out.

I purchased a FG with a broken off safety once. The CMP replaced it with another when I asked. Unfortunately it was an aftermarket replacement, but it was at least unbroken.

I hate excessive pitting and that's what you got the first time around, a broken safety is an easy fix, I have purchased FG's at the stores with them. A mail order SG is usually a wise choice over a FG, how ever, you never know the what the prize will be at the bottom of the box. I'm Glade they made it right for you.
