Mini-Palma with a 513t
Our club is looking at holding Mini-Palma matches. I have an early 513t I’d like to use. I have no sights for it yet except for the original ramped blade front sight. I’m thinking a combo of Redfield 75 and 63. I got a line on a couple 75’s but the 63 is a bit elusive. Does anyone know where to get one or any other suggestions?

I know this thread is a couple of months old, but I thought I would pass on something I did with one of my CMP Remington 513T rifles which had no sights.
I bought a Parker Hale front sight from Sarco for about $15. It came with its own dovetail base mount which had two screw holes for attaching to a rifle. The two screw holes did not line up with the two on the rifle's barrel, but I was able to attach it using only one screw. The contour of the base fit the rifle well. The Parker Hale front sight uses the same inserts as many other target sights and they are readily available. The sight came with one insert already in it, but I was also able to obtain a complete set of them from Sarco.

I ended up getting an adapter from Steve Earle Products to mount a Redfield Olympic front sight. As expected, I ran out of elevation so I bought a new mount for the Redfield #75 rear sight. It works out perfect.
