Adding Old EIC Points

In the late 1970s I received an EIC marksmanship badge at the matches with the 1st MTU at Fort Meade, MD. I still have my orders for 8 points. How do I add those points to my competitor profile?

In 1968 I got a 10 point leg at the same competition. I too have the paper work.
