30 degree or 45 degree chamfer?
Probably makes little difference, but it seems to me a 30 degree (or less)chamfer works better than a 45 for all bullets, not just VLD. My Giraud trimmers are 30 degree and they work great but I use a Wilson trimmer for calibers I don't load often. My Lyman case prep tool is more like 15 degrees and it works well, just hard on the hands. About to order a chamfer tool for my Wilson trimmer and they offer them in 30 and 45. Planning on getting the 30 degree, any comments?
