Thumbs up Customer Service Excellence

A huge thank you to the CMP for their excellent customer service. Had to return my Garand for service after purchase. They sent a return label, repaired it and returned it in two days! WOW!! No body does that.
Giant "Thank You" to all the staff!

Have to agree with you. I've only interacted with them a few times, but they were great. (Tried to keep them on the phone as long as I could...LOVE their southern accent)

Every person I have ever spoken with has been extremely nice and willing to do whatever they can to help. Must be an Alabama thing.

After several recent disappointing adventures with poor customer service from major companies, it might be suggested that those companies send their representatives to the CMP to see how Customer Service should be run!
