Heard back from them, I get to send the stock back, no other option. Since it looks to be unused and great shape I'll just take the hit and pickup the hardware.

I received two stocks from Numerich yesterday. All the metal was rusted badly. One of the slings is in the trash. The other sling is still useable. The stocks themselves look good. Still have one stubborn butt plate screw to remove. Butt plates will need sand blasted and reparked. Front Swivels need replaced. Are the front swivel fasteners pressed in?

Yes, they are rivets. I used an over size drill bits on the inside. Just drill the head off and the rivets will release

Got my 2 today. Rust as mentioned, swivels rusted solid.

Should the stock have a stock liner?

Now all I need is some rubber buttplates to replace the gi ones and I'm good to go.

Went ahead and ordered 2 from Numerich. They will make good Project stocks.
