Standard Products only made carbines from April 1943 until May 1944, serial 1,982,500 to 2,352,519. This bolt is a type 2 bolt and with the number marking was probably used from approximately 2,100,000 serial number.

Is the below part original finish and does this type IIA measure 0.10 inch thick

The part looks like original finish to me. I do not believe it to be refinished. It is a nice dulite color ,( dark blue-black).

I did not understand what you were asking with it being .100 thick and had to do a little research on that . Yes, the part does measure .100 , actually it measures .096 .
