I would preregister if I were you.
I would not spend the travel time and fuel cost on the off chance that there may be an open spot on the firing line.

Got this years 2012 April match in just before the weather turned bad. Third relay will have some drying out to do but everyone seemed to have fun and several medals were presented. Thank you York Riflemen for another great M1 Garand Match. Even this old and half blind guy shot a score.

Hey X Hunter,I can't seem to find the link to pre register anywhere on that site for the May 27 shoot,maybe it is full???

The May 27 match is an 80 round NRA Match, but yes, if you want to shoot, bring ammo and plan to have a good day!

There is no pre-registration. Sign-up begins at 7:15 or so on match day. Be prepared to shoot and pull pits. May 27 match is an 80 round NRA Match, but yes, if you want to shoot, bring ammo and plan to have a good day!

I got to meet and score "Trapper John" at the April match. This was my first 200 yd Garand match. Had fun and dodged the raindrops. Looking forward to the next match. Fred & Co. run a nice event.
