Default Any dealers in NE Pa that will accept shipments from non-FFL holders

Not sure which heading to post this to connect with somebody.
Anybody in northeast PA know a dealer who will accept shipments from non-FFL holders. I'm missing out on a good deal on a rifle I've wanted for a long time because local dealers will only do FFL to FFL . Some sellers in some parts of the country just don't have a dealer nearby. The dealers here act like I'm trying to get them to fence stolen guns. Really makes me appreciate my C&R.
I live near Wilkes-Barre.

Sounds like some are ignorant of the laws. Contact your local firearms club. Perhaps someone there has an FFL that could help out. Also try pawn shops. Many of them have FFLs and pawn shop owners are perhaps less worried about such trivial things if they can make a buck or two.

I always use this guy because he is close. He doesn't have a website.

However, This dealer is closer to Wilkes Barre.
You can always give him a call

Thanks for the tips ,guys. Only one pawn shop in the area and no firearms. Seems the cops are there already a couple times a week recovering stolen jewelry and electronics.
Dealers I've talked to ( and most are not looking for conversation on the subject) don't dispute the legality of what I'm asking, just say they won't do it. I've had similar reactions a few times when I've produced my C&R to buy a qualifying firearm at the same shops." I don't know nothin' about them and if you want that (carbine,Luger,P38) you have to do it the regular way."
I'll call the guy in Tamaqua when he opens at 11:00.
Thanks again for the responses. Maybe I can get this done yet.

Sounds like the Poconos.
Anyway, you don't have to have an ffl to ship-only to receive.

You should post your question on the Pa Firearms Owners Assoc forum.
Those guys are up on these kinds of questions.

Action Arms was closed on Monday when I was going through the phone book, but I had heard good things about them.
Piestrak's only does dealer to dealer any more. Kenny there has done it for me before (reluctantly), but not since about a year ago. Joe at Nimrod Haven also dealer to dealer only.
I found one in Dallas outside Wilkes-Barre finally, but they gave me the "hairy eyeball" at first and had not done it that way before. They insisted on sending their FFL to the seller, not me, and wanted a fax of his drivers license first.
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
