All CMP procedures we currently have in place would be followed with addition of shipping from our FFL to an FFL holder. No home deliveries only Type 001 to 001 transfers.

Yes that's what it means. Mark answered this same question on the other "rumor mill" thread.

Actually, no it does not. If you entered the information from page 1A it would be incomplete. Page 2A doesn't have the missing info either. Nor does page 3A. And as someone who has done them from the dealer's side of the counter, a 4473 lacking that info as copied from the CMP's paperwork, would be rejected till it was provided.

That is correct. You then would fill out a Form 4473 at your FFL and undergo a NICS check or present your permit/license if your state's meet BATFE's requirements for skipping a NICS check.

But you could not take it with you like you can do with a rifle/carbine unless a resident of AL at Anniston or OH at Port Clinton. There, if a resident, the CMP would require you to fill out a Form 4473 or eForm 4473 just like at any other FFL in AL or OH to receive the 1911.

It is highly likely that this will not happen under the current administration and possibly the next if things go terribly wrong. Either way, I would not hold my breath as the wheels turn very slowly. I would guesstimate that we are at least 2-3 years away. Time will tell. Just in case, I am going to make sure that my paperwork is up to date.
